The Company

POS Technologies was formed in April 2000 in response to the need by Aloha for a company to represent and support Aloha Point of Sale (POS) systems throughout Maryland  Since our entry into the Maryland market, we have installed hundreds of Aloha POS systems throughout the state, with high profile users from Deep Creek Lake to Ocean City.  POS Technologies is also the sole POS systems provider for two Maryland based Hotel Management companies, Sunburst Hospitality and MHI Hotels.  In 2005, we currently support our hotel and restaurant out of state customers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida and Texas.

POS Technologies’ primary objective is to be a convenient single source provider for all of the POS related products that restaurants use to improve service, profitability, and security.  Our continued growth since April 2000 is a result of meeting this objective by providing the highest quality products, the industries best and most reliable service and support, and the friendliest service.   In order to better serve our customer base as a single source provider, we also sell integrated security systems, paging systems, reservations systems, table management systems, and Pizza Delivery systems.

POS Technologies’ mission is to develop long-term relationships with clients by fully understanding and supporting their technological needs, integrating these needs into state-of-the-art computer systems, and serving as an ongoing resource for their technological strategies.

The Principals of POS Technologies, selection of employees, and partnering with industry’s leading technology providers, such as Microsoft, IBM, Aloha, Radiant Systems and Rockland Technologies all contribute to meeting our mission.   The Principals of POS Technologies were selected by Aloha because of their proven track record and professional management skills to provide superior service to the hospitality industry, as well as their skill in marketing Aloha POS systems.

Our employees have the combined skills in the worlds of network engineering and major hospitality expertise.  We have earned and maintain certifications with Aloha, Diamond Touch and FlexWatch through arduous annual technical evaluations.  POS Technologies’ employees are certain to provide the most current and innovative solutions to meet our client’s hospitality needs.
